Mr. Pastwa joined CIP in 2019 as Partner and CFO, bringing significant CFO and CEO experience from several large Danish corporations at a time when CIP employed 120 professionals and managed four funds. In 2022, he transferred to a COO role, where he was responsible for leading the growth of the fund management platform.
