In December 2022, Partner and COO Stig Pastwa transitioned from his role as Partner to serving as a Senior Advisor for CIP. Mr. Pastwa joined CIP in 2019 as Partner and CFO, bringing significant CFO and CEO experience from several large Danish corporations at a time when CIP employed 120 professionals and managed four funds. In 2022, he transferred to a COO role, where he was responsible for leading the growth of the fund management platform. Since 2019, Mr. Pastwa has played a key role in the CIP Platform’s successful growth and has been instrumental in scaling of the CIP platform.
