Speakers

Michael Marquardt, is the Chief Operating Officer and member of the Executive Team, based in Singapore. He has over 30 years of industry experience with large financial services companies including IQ-EQ, BlackRock and American Express. He has held roles such as Asia Regional CEO, Asia Pacific Chief Operating Officer, Japan Chief Operating Officer and Global Risk Manager. Prior to joining Partners Group, he was the Asia Regional CEO for IQ-EQ. He holds an MBA from Boston University, Massachusetts, USA, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Clark University, Massachusetts, USA.

Tobias Giesser, is the Head of Provider & Operational Risk Management business unit, Managing Director, based in Zug. He has been with Partners Group since 2010 and has 17 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at Lenz & Staehelin, one of Switzerland’s biggest law firms. He holds a master’s degree in law from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland. He is admitted to the Swiss bar.
