Global Danes in Switzerland (w. Danes Worldwide)
Do you want to know more about the rules on Danish citizenship, Danish pension or family reunification to Denmark? Then participate in this information evening organized by Danes Worldwide in collaboration with the Danish Church in Switzerland, Danes Worldwide, the Consulate and the Danish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce.
A free information evening for Danes living in Switzerland.
The meeting is open to all Danes and spouses, family members or others with ties to Denmark. The meeting provides a unique opportunity to get an introduction to rules and issues that affect many Danes living in Switzerland. Among the topics on the agenda are the following:
-What are the possibilities of returning home to Denmark with a foreign partner (the rules for family reunification)
-Retention of Danish citizenship for children born abroad (the 22-year rule)
-Danish state pension
-Admission to a Danish university
-Danish bank account, mobile number, TV, etc.
-Danish lessons for both children and young people, but also e.g. a foreign spouse
Due to many topics and limited time, not all topics will necessarily be reviewed, but individual questions can be asked to the presenters afterwards.
The meeting will take place in Danish, but you can easily ask questions in English, German and French.
